From Karlsruhe Main Station every 10 minutes with suburban railway (S3, S31) or regional trains (R3, R5) to Karlsruhe-Durlach. Karlsruhe-Durlach is the first stop and the trip takes less than 5 minutes. From the Durlach station it’s a 5 minute walk to ontoprise. Alternatively, you can take the streetcar (1, 2) to Durlach-Auerstraße. The streetcars leave in front of the main station, leave every 10 minutes and need about 15-20 minutes to their destination.
