The OntoBroker is the most comprehensive and fastest implementation of  highly scalable Semantic Web middleware. It is the only commercial inference machine, which supports all W3C Semantic Web recommendations. These are OWL, RDF, RDFS, SPARQL and, in addition, the industry standard F-logic.

Based on the OntoBroker, ontology-based applications can be developed which offer the following advantages among others:

  • shared meaning (semantics) of information in a knowledge model
  • capturing of complex relationships
  • integration of heterogeneous data sources

 

The know-how and the business logic can thereby be modeled separately from the execution logic. Users can flexibly adapt and extend the logic.
